Union Minister Arjun Ram Meghwal Receives First Dose of COVID-19 Vaccine at JIPMER Hospital in Puducherry
Union Minister Arjun Ram Meghwal on Wednesday received the first dose of the COVID-19 vaccine at JIPMER Hospital in Puducherry. Earlier in the day, Bharat Biotech released the results of phase 3 trials of Covaxin. As per the Indian vaccine maker, Covaxin demonstrated interim clinical efficacy of 81 percent.
