The India Meteorological Department (IMD) on Friday, April 10, said that no significant weather is likely over northwest, central and East India during next one week. The weather agency further said that gradual rise in maximum temperatures is likely over Northwest India by 6-8 degrees Celsius; 5-7 degrees Celsius over East India and 3-5 degrees Celsius over Central India during the week. As a result, maximum temperatures are likely to be above normal over these region after two days. "A fresh feeble Western Disturbance is likely to affect Western Himalayan Region from 15th April, 2026," IMD added. That said, the weather forecasting service Windy has not predicted any rainfall in Mumbai, Delhi, Chennai, Hyderabad and Kolkata for today, April 11.
