A police complaint has been lodged by the office of TMC MP Abhishek Banerjee at Kolkata's Shakespeare Sarani police station, accusing Kalicharan Banerjee, Officer on Special Duty (OSD), to Kolkata Mayor Firhad Hakim, of misusing Banerjee’s name. The complaint alleges that Kalicharan falsely posed as a close associate of Abhishek Banerjee to defraud people.
