Popular YouTuber Fidias Panayiotou, known for his viral hug with Elon Musk, faces scrutiny from Bangalore Metro Rail Corporation Limited (BMRCL) for travelling without a ticket on the city's metro system and boasting about it on social media. In a video titled 'How to sneak into the Indian Metro,' Fidias is seen jumping over the turnstile without using a smartcard or token, prompting BMRCL to consider filing a criminal case against him. Turnstile jumping is a crime in many countries. Fidias' act is the first recorded case of such behaviour in Bengaluru Metro, which began operations in 2011.
