In a shocking incident that took place in Madhya Pradesh's Gwalior, a man employed with the electricity department was allegedly beaten up by an unidentified man. As per reports, the outsourced meter reader identified as Brijmohan Dhakad was assaulted by electricity consumers in the Laxmiganj area of Gwalior. The alleged incident took place in Energy Minister Pradhuman Singh Tomar's Gwalior district. In the 45-second video clip, a man can be seen assaulting the electricity department employee.
