On this day in 2008, Chennai Super Kings (CSK) signed MS Dhoni. The former India captain and wicketkeeper-batsman has been part of all IPL seasons in which CSK have competed. Last season, Dhoni led CSK to their fourth IPL title by beating Kolkata Knight Riders in the final.
