Comedy of Errors! Fielders Hilariously Fail To Run Out Batsman Despite Flurry of Opportunities During Children’s Cricket Match, Video Goes Viral
The hilarious video of the fielders not being able to run out the batsman despite having a number of opportunities, have gone viral on social media. This happened on the last ball of the match when the batting side needed 41 runs to win.
Cricket over the years has seen a lot of funny moments and this certainly is one of them! A cricket match involving children witnessed a hilarious moment when the fielders failed to run out a batter despite having a lot of opportunities to do so. The batter, as seen in the viral video, ran quickly after hitting the ball straight to the fielder, who then made a wayward throw. Both batters were stranded at one end, though, and another fielder walked up close to the stumps and still missed it. The ball was collected by another fielder who once again missed the throw. And guess what! The batsman, who could have been run out so many times, ran back to the crease and saved himself from being dismissed.
