In the fifth and final T20 of the series, India handed Bangladesh a 21-run defeat. Batting first, India scored 156/5 riding on the innings from Dayalan Hemalatha (37) and Smriti Mandhana (33). Chasing it, Bangladesh lost half their side for only 52 runs. Despite a partnership between Ritu Moni and Shorifa Khatun, they stopped well in front of the finishing line.
