In a worrying sign for India during the IND vs NZ 1st Test in Bengaluru, wicketkeeper Rishabh Pant went off the field on Day 2 after injuring his right knee. Pant called for the physio after the 36th over, and then after treatment went off the playing field, with Dhruv Jurel coming in for keeping duties. FYI, it is the same right knee that Pant injured during his near-fatal accident. Earlier, in the day, Pant top-scored for India in their first innings with 20 as the side bundled out for 46.
