Virat Kohli Condoles Milkha Singh’s Death on Twitter, Says, 'You’ll Never Be Forgotten'
The legendary Indian sprinter, who was popularly known as the 'Flying Sikh' had won four gold medals at the Asian Games and had agonizingly missed a bronze medal in the 400m final of the 1960 Rome Games. He was awarded with the Padma Shri in the year 1958.
The legendary sprinter died aged 91 on Friday owing to post- COVID-19 complications. He had recovered from the deadly disease and was released on May 19. Singh had also lost his wife Nirmal a few days ago.
