Fans at the Maharashtra Cricket Association Stadium in Pune were in for a surprise with Virat Kohli coming on to bowl after an unfortunate injury saw Hardik Pandya leave the field in the ninth over. With three balls remaining in the over, captain Rohit Sharma called Kohli to do the needful and the former skipper obliged with the crowd erupting into joy. As Kohli took the ball and completed the over, a picture of a fan holding a placard has gone viral. The placard read, "Will Sharma and Kohli Be Bowling Today?" Kohli conceded two runs from the three balls he bowled.
