The first gold medal for India at the Asian Games 2023 has arrived and it has come from the shooting trio of Divyansh Singh Panwar, Rudrankksh Patil and Aishwary Pratap Singh Tomar, who bagged the top prize in the men's 10m air rifle team event on September 25. They shot a combined score of 1893.7 in the qualification round, which is a world record score. It was 0.4 than what the previous world record score was, which was held by China.
