Playing their third match in the League A Group 3, Germany registered a 2-1 victory over Bosnia and Herzegovina. With two wins and a draw Julian Nagelsmann’s side now tops the group.
In the absence of multiple stars, the Germany National Football Team struggled a bit against the Bosnia and Herzegovina National Football Team. The attacking side managed 14 shots in the game – four of which were on target for the Germans. Deniz Undav opened the scoring at the half-hour mark and doubled the lead six minutes later. Bosnia and Herzegovina defended well later in the second half and even scored a goal through veteran star Edin Dzeko in the 70th minute. Bosnia and Herzegovina's side tried for a goal in the final 20 minutes but Germany held onto the slender lead and won the match.
