Cristiano Ronaldo was not part of the Al-Nassr squad during the clash against Al-Hazem in the King Cup of Champions 2024-25 match. Al-Nassr's Nawaf Boushal managed to score a last-minute equaliser which helped them secure a narrow win over Al-Hazem. With this win, Al-Nassr qualified for the King Cup of Champions 2024–25 round of 16 stage. CR7 took to his official Instagram handle and congratulated his Al-Nassr teammates after their narrow win. Ronaldo shared a picture of the team and wrote, "Got the win in the King's Cup, well done!"
