Al-Nassr secured victory in the King Cup of Champions round of 32 against Al-Hazem as a late goal scored by Nawaf Boushal helped them to a narrow victory over their opposition. It was Sadio Mane who gave Al-Nassr the lead by scoring in the dying minutes of half-time. The goal was returned by Basil Yousef Al-Sayyali of Al-Hazem. As it seemed like the match was going towards a stalemate, Nawaf Boushal scored a winner in the 90+2-minute mark.
