He thus got back the jersey from his first spell at Manchester United where he emerged as one of the world's best young players at that time. Fans too wanted to get a hold of this special jersey which would be worn by the Portugal star this season.
Fans were seen lining up the streets in front of Manchester United's store on Friday, after it was made official that Cristiano Ronaldo would wear the iconic jersey number 7.
