The 38-year-old won his first trophy for Al-Nassr few days ago when he scored a brace to guide them to the Arab Club Champions Cup 2023 title. However, he sustained an injury in that match and had to be taken off the field.
Cristiano Ronaldo will not be taking part in Al-Nassr's first match of the Saudi Pro League 2023-24 campaign as he is out with an injury. Ronaldo had to be taken off the field in tears after he sustained a knee injury in the Arab Club Champions Trophy 2023 final, where he scored a brace to help his side clinch a win over Al-Hilal. Expectedly, his name was nowhere to be found in Al-Nassr's starting XI and on the bench in their match against Al-Ettifaq. Fans would, however, hope that Ronaldo recovers quickly and is back to action.
