The Portugal national football team star has been in good form this season for Al-Nassr in the Saudi Pro League, scoring six goals so far. Al-Nassr had lost to Al-Hilal in the final of the last King Cup of Champions edition earlier this year.
Cristiano Ronaldo took to social media to share his thoughts after Al-Nassr were defeated by Al-Taawoun in the round of 16 stage at the King Cup of Champions 2024-25. The 39-year-old missed a penalty in the dying stages of the game which had he scored, could have seen the contest progress into extra time. But unfortunately for Al-Nassr, the shot went over the bar and they ended up being on the wrong side of the result. Taking to social media after the Al-Nassr vs Al-Taawoun match, Cristiano Ronaldo wrote, "Every challenge is an opportunity to grow."
