Liverpool are back on the top of Premier League 2024-25 points table as they beat Chelsea 2-1 at Anfield. Mohamed Salah broke the deadlock after converting the spot kick for Liverpool in the 29th minute. Nicolas Jackson scored an equaliser for Chelsea in the 48th minute. But Liverpool once again took the lead after Curtis Jones scored in the 51st minute. Curtis Jones' goal was regarded as the match-winner for the Reds as they secured three points to go on the top of the EPL 2024-25 points table.
