With a dominating 5-1 win, Liverpool have now moved to the fourth round in the Carabao Cup 2024-25. The Reds will continue their title as they crushed the Hammers in an easy matchup.
Liverpool have booked their spot in the fourth round of the Carabao Cup 2024-25. The Reds have started their title defence on a strong note. Jarell Amorin Quasah scored an own goal in the 21st minute, putting West Ham United in front. Diogo Jota scored an equaliser in the 25th minute and later went on to complete his brace in the 49th minute putting Liverpool in the lead. Mohamed Salah scored a goal in the 74th minute taking the tally to 3-1. Cody Gakpo showed class as he scored a brace in the 90th minute by scoring twice in quick succession.
