Maymol Rocky, Indian Women’s Football Team Head Coach, Steps Down Due to Personal Reasons
Rocky was the first female head coach of the Indian women's football team and had led the side to considerable success, from qualifying for the second round of Olympic qualifiers to winning the SAFF Women's Championship in the year 2019 amongst others.
Maymol Rocky, head coach of the Indian women's football team, quit the role on Tuesday, due to personal reasons. She expressed her gratitude to the All India Football Federation (AIFF) for this opportunity.
