Amid the Russia-Ukraine conflict, FIFA has imposed a few restrictions on Russia. While calling for urgent restoration of peace, no international games will be played in Russia. If at all Russia participates in any of the international competitions, they will participate under the name “Football Union of Russia (RFU)” and not Russia. The team will not be allowed to use their flag or National Anthem during the competition.
