Subhash Bhowmick, Former India Footballer and Coach, Passes Away
Bhowmick is a legend in Indian and Bengal football, having played for both Kolkata giants East Bengal and Mohun Bagan. He is also a bronze-medallist with the Indian team at the Asian Games in 1970.
Former India footballer and head coach Subhash Bhowmick has passed away. According to reports, Bhowmick, who was suffering from kidney problems, died early on Saturday, January 22. He was 72 at the time of death.
