Paris Olympics 2024: Australian Hockey Player Tom Craig Taken in Custody on Suspicion of Buying Cocaine
An Australian Hockey star Tom Craig was arrested for drug trafficking. The star was arrested on Wednesday in possession of one gram of the party drug, according to public broadcaster FranceInfo.
The local police arrested Australian hockey star Tom Craig as per the reports from FranceInfo. The 28-year-old Kookaburras striker had left a team function on Tuesday night and then only 15 minutes later was allegedly caught buying cocaine from a dealer. The dealer had 75 ecstasy pills and seven vials of cocaine and was also arrested, with Craig understood to have bought a gram of cocaine. It came after the Australian men's hockey team lost to the Netherlands in the quarterfinal of the Men’s Hockey event at the Paris Olympics 2024.
