Shivpal Singh Misses Out on Qualifying for Men’s Javelin Throw Final at Tokyo Olympics 2020
He, unfortunately, would not be able to join compatriot Neeraj Chopra, who qualified for the finals earlier in his very first attempt, topping both groups.
Indian athlete Shivpal Singh has failed to qualify for the men's javelin throw event at the Tokyo Olympics 2020, registering 76.40m, 74.80m and 74.81 in his three attempts, which was short of the 83.50m qualification mark.
