Sania Mirza and Ankita Raina were knocked out from the first round of the Tokyo Olympics 2020 as they were defeated by Ukrainian pair of Liudmyla Kichenok and Nadiia Kichenok. The Indian duo won the first set 6-0 and were leading 5-3 in the second but weren't able to get over the line.
