The post stated that some unauthorised websites are "falsely claiming to represent the Ai+ smartphone brand." The post read, "We’ve identified unauthorised websites falsely claiming to represent Ai+ Smartphone." To avoid confusion, the brand confirmed that its official website is "https://aiplusstore.com/". The announcement was made to protect visitors or potential customers from online fraud. Ai+ also listed its only verified sales partners, which are Flipkart, Flipkart Minutes, and Shopsy.
