NASA and SpaceX delayed their launch attempt of the agency's new Europe Clipper Mission due to unexpected hurricane conditions in the area. The mission was slated for October 10, 2024. NASA's Launch Service Program informed us that once the storm had passed, the recovery team would assess the safety of the spaceport and the launch processing facilities. With this, the team would identify the damage before personnel return to work. The US aerospace agency informed that Hurricane Milton is expected to move east from the Gulf of Mexico this week towards the Space Ghost.
