His statement came in response to a tweet by a user on X who claimed that Elon Musk prevented Nuclear War when he instructed his engineers to deactivate Starlink's satellite communications network during a major Ukrainian offensive. Responding to the claim, Musk said that the Starlink regions in question were not activated. "SpaceX did not deactivate anything," he added.
