Ukraine Twitter Page Cites World War 2 With Hitler-Putin Cartoon As Russia Begins Invasion of Ukraine, Says 'Not a Meme, But Our Reality'

The official Twitter account of Ukrain tweeted a cartoon, citing World War 2 in which the Nazi leader Adolf Hitler can be seen giving his approval to Russian President Vladimir Putin. In another tweet, the Ukraine Twitter page tweeted, "This is not a ‘meme’, but our and your reality right now." The comparison between Hitler and Putin has been a frequent theme in Ukrainian protests amid the Russian invasion.
