The bleeding has stopped for DC, with Sameer Rizvi and Tristan Stubbs adding 14 off 15. LSG pacers have completely ruled the roost at Ekana, with the homeside still having Anrich Nortje in their kitty yet to come. 

OUT! Prince Yadav is making his pace, doing all the talking. DC captain Axar Patel gets his stumps rattled as an incoming delivery beats the batter and crashes into the woodwork. 

OUT! This is a perfect start for DC, with LSG losing three wickets. Prince Yadav claims his first wicket as in-form Pathum Nissanka's poor stay in the middle comes to an end as Rishabh Pant takes a skier.

OUT! KL Rahul makes a golden duck, and dream start for LSG in their defence of 141. Mohammed Shami bowled an away swinger, which Rahul wanted to drive, but managed an inside edge that rattled his stumps

OUT! Lungi Ngidi claims his second wicket of the over, and LSG have been bowled out for merely 141. Ngidi finished with three wickets, much like T Natarajan. For LSG, only Mitchell Marsh and Abdul Samad went past the 30-run mark, while others failed despite a few getting starts. 

OUT! A magnificent comeback for T Natarajan after an injury-marred last season. Nattu gets his third wicket, as Mohammed Shami slices the ball straight to Kuldeep Yadav at point. 

OUT! Just when it mattered, Abdul Samad gives his wicket away. Samad went for the big shot, but failed to get elevation holes out to David Miller at long off. T Natarajan gets his second wicket

The final phase of DC's innings is starting, and the franchise will hope Abdul Samad will provide a fiery finish. Abdul Samad is nearing a half-century and has all-rounder Shahbaz Ahmed in the middle. Both have added 24 runs in 17 balls. 

OUT! A soft dismissal yet again, and Mukul Choudhary should be livid with himself. Kuldeep Yadav bowled a wrong-un, which the batter failed to read, and handed a simple catch and bowled. LSG have managed to get past the 100-run mark, which at one point seemed tough. Mukul Choudhary and Abdul Samad added 34 off 23.

OUT! Another wicket falls for LSG, and well-set Mitchell Marsh has to walk back. Marsh again went for the big shot, but a slower ball by Kuldeep Yadav saw the batter mistime the ball, which only found height, and landed in the safe hands of Tristan Stubbs. 

OUT!  Lungi Ngidi bowls a cutter, and Nicholas Pooran falls to get bat to ball, only to see his stumps rattled. Pooran wanted to flick the ball, but the off-cutter sneaks under the bat and hits the stumps. 

OUT! Ayush Badoni has to walk back for a duck. Badoni went for the expansive drive, but T Natarajan bowled quite smartly and kept the ball away from the batter, which also found a bit of movement off the pitch. 

OUT! Axar Patel gets his man as Aiden Markram. Markram, after hitting a six, gets himself bowled. Markram tried to cut the ball, but the slider came into the batter's body and crashed into the middle stump. Ayush Badoni is out in the middle. 

OUT! Rishabh Pant is out, and this is an unfortunate dismissal for the LSG captain, who is run out at the non-strikers' end after Mukesh Kumar got a finger tip on the ball, which crashed into the stumps. Pant backed up too much, as a Mitchell Marsh straight drive became too hot to handle for his team. 

A surprise was pulled out by LSG, Rishabh Pant opening the innings with Mitchell Marsh, instead of Aiden Markram. Pant and Marsh will look to give LSG a steady start and get those nervous energies out of the system. DC will bank on Lungi Ngidi to trouble LSG openers.
