Pooja Vastrakar achieved a memorable milestone in her career as she became the leading wicket-taker among Indian pacers in women's T20Is during the IND-W vs SL-W Women's Asia Cup T20 2024 semifinal on Friday, July 26. The right-arm pacer achieved this feat by dismissing Rabeya Khan in the 11th over of the first innings. Vastrakar, who has been in good form recently, overtook the legendary Jhulan Goswami in the list of most wickets for India in women's T20Is. She was also named Player of the Series in the India vs South Africa T20I series just before the Women's Asia Cup T20 2024.
