Summary

Zimbabwe Cricket team is going through one of their darkest phase of International Cricket, as they have been struggling to find victories. They started their tour in the Netherlands on June 19, 2019, with an ODI match. Zimbabweans lost both the games against the Dutch side in two matches ODI series. They played first T20I match of two matches series on June 23, which they gain ended on losing side.

 

Netherland posted a mammoth total of 199/6 in 20 overs which Zimbabwe lost by 49 runs as they managed to score only 150 and got all out in 19.5 overs. Roelof van der Merwe from the Netherlands played a brilliant knock of 75 runs from 39 balls in that match. Now Zimbabwe will try their level best to leave Netherland by levelling the on-going T20I series. Zimbabwe will play their 2nd T20I match on June 25, 2019, against the Netherlands and will look forward to winning to avoid a whitewash.
