England is playing Australia in the 2nd Test of Ashes 2019 at Lord's Cricket Ground which started on Aug 14, 2019. Australian batsman Steve Smith was hit on his neck by a bouncer bowled by England pacer Jofra Archer when he was batting on 80 runs. We saw Twitter react in various ways to this incident, where Jofra Archer and Jos Butler were trolled for laughing at Smith when he was in pain lying on the pitch. Crowds even 'Boooeed' on Steve Smith when he was hit by Archer's fast and furious delivery. After this incident, the Australian Cricketers Association has released a statement where they condemn the crowd boorish behaviour. Australia currently leads the five matches Test series by 1-0, as they won the first match held at Birmingham by 251 runs. The first day of the current Test match was abandoned due to rain. Aussie won the toss and elected to bowl first in this game, England made 258 runs in their first inning, while Australia made 250 runs.
