MS Dhoni’s ouster from the T20 team has created a divided opinion amongst the fans and the cricket pundits. On one hand, where a section of fans is supporting Dhoni’s on the other, Sachin Tendulkar has slammed the selection committee for excluding Dhoni from the team. Tendulkar told a news agency, “I don’t know what’s the mindset of the selectors is & I haven’t looked to influence anyone by giving opinions as what happens in dressing room & between captain, coach and selectors should stay within them.” Now, the Indian skipper Virat Kohli has finally reacted on the ouster of the former Indian captain. Kohli addressed the media after winning the ODI series against West Indies by 3-1 and said that it was MS Dhoni who thought a youngster like Rishabh Pant should be given more chances. Kohli also went on to reveal that he was not a part of the discussion and Dhoni is still an integral part of the team. “I think the selectors have already addressed this if I'm not wrong. And he's been spoken to, firstly... So, I don't see any reason why I should be sitting here and explaining that. I think the selectors have come out and explained exactly what happened," opined Kohli. Watch the video below
