In an interview earlier this year Sania had said that after the pregnancy her priority will be to make a come back. The former doubles World No.1 is also planning to take part in the 2020 Olympics as well.
Sania, who became the first Indian to win a WTA tournament singles title in 2005, has thus far won six Grand Slam doubles titles. Three of which she won while playing with Martina Hingis. It will be interesting to follow Sania’s journey back to the tennis court. The tennis player has previously made comebacks after nursing the injuries.
