Both the new budget smartphones - Zenfone Max and Zenfone Lite are launched with an introductory prices. The devices will go on sale during Flipkart's Festive Dhamaka Days along with special bank offers.

Asus India has finally revealed the new budget end smartphones in India that are christened as Zenfone Max and Zenfone Lite. The Lite model is priced at Rs 5999 whereas the Max model is launched with an introductory prices of Rs 7499. This price are applicable during the festive days only.

Asus India has finally launched the new Zenfone Max and Zenfone Lite smartphones at Rs 7499 and Rs 5999.

The new Zenfone Max and Zenfone Lite smartphones will be retailed exclusively via Flipkart. The devices will go on sale during Flipkart's Festive Dhamaka Days along with special bank offers.

Coming to the battery backup, the Zenfone Lite smartphone gets 3000 mAh battery with up to 23 hours of Wifi browsing, up to 36 hours of 3GB talk time and up to 16 hours of video playback. On the other hand, Zenfone Max packs a 4000 mAh battery which gives 36 hours of 3G talk time and 16 hours of video playback. It also comes with a reverse charging functionality.

At the front, the Zenfone Lite gets a 5MP selfie camera with LED flash whereas Zenfone Max incorporates an 8MP camera with LED flash as well as bunch of new features.

For optics, both the smartphones get 13MP rear snapper with better low light image capturing capability. it also get portrait mode, Beauty, HDR, Live filters, time lapse and more.

Both the new Zenfones come with triple slot as well as GPS, VOLTE and Wifi b/g/m for connectivity options. The Zenfone Lite and Max smartphones also get 82 percent of screen to body ratio.

Asus Zenfone Lite comes with 2GB RAM, 16GB internal storage and up to 256GB expandable memory. On the other hand, Asus Zenfone Max gets 3GB RAM, 32GB internal storage with 256GB of expandable memory.

It is speculated that the company might just introduce a successor to its much popular Zenfone Max Pro M1 which is currently priced at Rs 10,999.

Likely to be called as Zenfone Max Pro M2, the smartphone maker could be going Realme and Poco way by introducing new devices. It is speculated that new Asus Zenfones could sport a notched display with 18:9 aspect ratio. Offered in 3 variants, the smartphone is priced from Rs 10,999 while the top-of-the-line version with 4GB RAM and 64 Rom is priced at Rs 14,999.
