Building on its focus on long-lasting performance, the brand is now gearing up to introduce a new mid-range offering called the Honor Power 2. The Honor Power 2 is scheduled to launch in China on January 5, 2026. It will succeed the original Honor Power model from 2024 and is positioned as Honor’s biggest battery smartphone yet. The Honor Power 2 is confirmed to feature a massive 10,080mAh battery, the largest ever on an Honor smartphone. The company claims up to 20.3 hours of screen-on time, 22 hours of short-video playback and over 14 hours of continuous gaming on a single charge.

Reports suggest the device will sport a large 6.79-inch LTPS OLED display with 1.5K resolution and a 120Hz refresh rate, paired with high HDR brightness for enhanced outdoor visibility. It is expected to run Android 16 with MagicOS 10 on top.

Under the hood, Honor has confirmed the use of the new MediaTek Dimensity 8500 Elite chipset, which is tipped to deliver a noticeable performance boost over last year’s Dimensity 8400.
