The machine features a fibre-built exterior with glowing red LED lights around its eyes, capturing the attention of visiting families and children. As per a report by Moneycontrol, the restaurant management explained that the technology was developed with assistance from a Bengaluru-based engineering team to stand out among the dozens of food outlets operating along the highway stretch. Despite the automated addition, restaurant operators clarified that human workers remain essential for cooking, order management, and remote override controls. As per a report by Open The Magazine, customers are not charged any extra fees for the robotic service, which has quickly gained widespread attention across social media platforms for pairing classic stuffed parathas with futuristic novelty.
