Moto G6 & Moto G6 Play Launching Today in India; Watch the Live Streaming & Online Telecast of Moto G6 Launch Event

Motorola is all set to unveil the new G series smartphones – Moto G6 and Moto G6 Play in India on 4 June 2018. Last month, Motorola launched its new smartphones – Moto G6, Moto G6 Play and Moto G6 Plus in Brazil. While Moto G6 Plus is not confirmed for release in this India launch. The Moto G6 phones will be exclusively available via Amazon and the Moto G6 Play will only be on sale via Flipkart. Both smartphones will be a new addition to their predecessors Moto G5 series and will be competing among the Redmi Note 5 series, Oppo’s Realme 1 & Asus Zenfone Max Pro M1. As for the specifications, Moto G6 sports a 5.7-inch screen with full-HD+ resolution and 18:9 aspect ratio. The smartphone is powered by the 1.8GHz octa-core Snapdragon 450 SoC with Adreno 506 GPU with 3GB of RAM. The smartphone runs on stock Android 8.0 Oreo OS and supports dual-SIM functionality. Talking about the optics, Moto G6 has a dual rear camera setup which has a 12MP primary camera with a dual-tone, dual-lens flash and at front 5MP secondary camera accompanied with a single LED flash. The phone comes with 32GB of built-in storage expandable up to 128GB via microSD cards. There’s a 3000mAh battery with TurboCharge support to keep the device fully functional. Moto G6 comes in two colour variants - Indigo and Silver.

Now coming towards the budget phone, Moto G6 Play also incorporates 5.7-inch display like Moto G6. Under the hood, the smartphone packs a 1.4GHz octa-core Snapdragon 430 SoC, with Adreno 505 GPU. The smart device also runs on the latest Android OS Oreo. Moto G6 Play comes with 3GB of RAM and 32GB internal storage space expandable up to 128GB. Backed by a 4000mAh battery with TurboCharge support. The camera installed on this phone is a 13MP lens along with single LED flash is on the back, while an 8MP front shooter with flash for selfies.
