Vivo has increased the price of the Vivo X300 FE in India for the second time since its market launch, pushing the starting price of the premium smartphone up to Rs 89,999. The latest revision introduces an additional Rs 3,000 increase across existing configurations, bringing the total hike to Rs 10,000 above the original launch price.

As per a report by Business Today, this upward price movement is largely driven by rising memory costs resulting from a wider global RAM shortage affecting multiple smartphone manufacturers. Alongside the price jump, Vivo has introduced a new, lower-tier 8GB RAM variant. OnePlus 15 ColorOS 17 Beta Launches in India as OxygenOS Phase-Out Begins.

Revised Variant Pricing and New Additions

Following the latest adjustment, the base 12GB RAM and 256GB storage model now retails at Rs 89,999, up from its previous revised price of Rs 86,999 and its initial launch rate of Rs 79,999. Meanwhile, the higher-end 12GB RAM and 512GB storage version is priced at Rs 99,999, placing it just short of the Rs 1 lakh milestone.

In an unexpected move, Vivo also added an 8GB RAM and 256GB storage variant priced at Rs 84,999. Although this new option sits below the current 12GB base model, it remains Rs 5,000 more expensive than what the original 12GB version cost when first introduced to the market.

Smartphone Specifications and Hardware

The device features a compact 6.31-inch display with a smooth 120Hz refresh rate and runs on Qualcomm's Snapdragon 8 Gen 5 chipset. Energy is supplied by a robust 6,500mAh battery that supports 90W wired charging and 40W wireless charging capabilities. Lava Smart 4 Price in India, Specifications and Features; Everything to Know About New Lava Mobiles Model

These specifications solidify its position in the upper tier of the market, though buyers must now weigh the enhanced hardware against significantly higher retail tags.
