US National Security Adviser (NSA) John Bolton has said that President Donald Trump was open to a third summit with North Korean leader Kim Jong-un, although nothing has been scheduled.
The US does not consider that Maduro's government has the right to sell the country's oil -- and hence, calls the oil exports "theft".
"I'm getting a full report on that tonight. That will be very determinative. Maybe I won't have the meeting. We're going to see, depending on what comes out tonight," he said.
