Fugitive Khalistani leader Amritpal Singh surrendered before Punjab police in Moga on April 23. Amritpal Singh has been on the run since March 18. He has been arrested by the Punjab police. Amritpal Singh has been taken to the central jail in Assam's Dibrugarh. Watch the video to know more.
