On March 27, AAP leader Atishi said that the Delhi High Court raised questions against the arrest of CM Arvind Kejriwal, stating that the arrest seems to be politically motivated. Atishi added that in court, when lawyers argued that the arrest was illegal, undemocratic, without evidence or proof, the Enforcement Directorate (ED) had no answer.
