Bihar: Teacher of BigData Physics Classes Booked After Disturbing Video of Him Abusing, Thrashing Student Goes Viral

A man teaching at the BigData Physics Classes in Bihar Sharif city of Bihar was booked after a disturbing video of him abusing and beating a student went viral on May 28. The viral video showed the accused teacher, identified as Nirmal Kumar, assaulting a student with a stick while hurling abuses at him. The incident occurred in front of an entire class. Following the incident, the victim told cops that there was an altercation him and a student sitting behind his bench. This made Kumar angry who then assaulted him, he added. Acting on the student's complaint, police registered an FIR against Kumar.
