CEC Sunil Arora Claims Voting Through Ballot Papers Is History Now

Chief Election Commissioner (CEC) Sunil Arora on Wednesday September 18, 2019 said that voting through ballot papers was not possible, and was history now. Talking about the benefits of the Electronic Voting Machines (EVMs), the CEC said that the EVMs cannot be tampered with.
