Chandigarh Municipal Corporation Election Results 2021: AAP Wins 14 Seats, BJP 12 And Congress 8

On December 27, the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) wonĀ 14Ā of 35Ā municipalĀ seatsĀ inĀ Chandigarh. With this,Ā AAPĀ became the party which secured the most number ofĀ seatsĀ in the cityĀ municipalĀ elections. WithĀ 12Ā seatsĀ BJPĀ stands at the second place.Ā CongressĀ won eightĀ seatsĀ while the Akali Dai got one seat.Ā AAPĀ party chief Arvind Kejriwal tweeted, ā€œThis time Punjab is ready for change.ā€ Punjab will go to polls early next year.
