A doctor was shot dead inside a hospital in Delhi's Jaitpur area during the early hours of Thursday, October 3. While an investigation is underway, the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) has targetted the Centre and Delhi Lieutenant Governor VK Saxena for "rising" crime in the national capital.
