Delhi High Court Verdict On Marital Rape: Understanding The Ruling

On May 11, the Delhi High Court delivered a split verdict on pleas seeking criminalisation of marital rape. The matter will now go to the Supreme Court of India. Justice Rajiv Shakdher and Justice Hari Shankar failed to agree on their verdict on petitions seeking to make marital rape a crime, reported NDTV.
