Four men have been arrested by the Delhi police for assaulting a man in the middle of the road in the national capital. The victim, Praveen Jangra, shared the dashboard camera footage of the incident on Twitter. The incident took place on May 7 night near Nangloi metro station. Reportedly, the incident allegedly took place over the use of dipper lights. The video shows the four men stopping their bikes ahead of the victim's car. The accused have been arrested.
